EA Anywhere Discussion: The most successful environmental treaty in history

A collapse of the ozone layer would have catastrophic effects on agriculture and the environment. But because of research and activism led to the Montreal Protocol, almost 99% of ozone-depleting chemicals have now been phased out. We will discuss what we can learn from this huge success in international cooperation and whether it is possible to recreate it in other pressing areas.
