Smallish corrections/comments, which might also affect your overall estimates of time inputs:
“Application form (including a CV and three long-form questions with a maximum of 1,000 characters each) (~1 hour)” I’d guess closer to ~2 hours, though I didn’t track this. ”First interview (~0.5 hours preparation + ~0.75 hours interview)” I don’t think I’d ever do a job interview with only 30 mins preparation, regardless of the wording of the email. I’d guess I spent 3 to 5 hours preparing for this (but not much extra time preparing of the second) ”First test task (~5 hours)” Seems accurate ”Second interview (~0.5 hours preparation + ~1.5 hours interview)” Seems accurate (I think my interview was 1 hour) ”Second test task (~3 to 5 hours)” The email for mine advised 5 to 10 hours, and I spent 7 hours 45 on mine.
