Given this most auspicious of dates, I’d like to register my extreme disappointment that the Happier Lives Institute hasn’t founded a programme looking for cost-effective interventions in the Wellbeing-Adjusted Life Years space, and called it Where’s WALY.
In my view this is a most pressing problem, and should be immediately rectified.
