I think this is badly wrong, and touches on the central delusions of our society.
Humanity without eugenics or genetic enhancement of some kind will disintegrate. You may not like this, but it’s just a fact; there’s an accumulation of mutations per generation, plus there are various dysgenic effects. It doesn’t entail coercion, though in the past (unfortunately) that has been associated with eugenics.
Britain, Germany, Sweden or America without white people will cease to exist. A mixture of people from Africa, the Middle East and South Asia living on the British Isles doesn’t constitute Britain, any more than the Beaker People did. This doesn’t entail violence (though in the past it certainly has), and you may not like it, but nonetheless it is true.
I don’t really expect anyone to agree with this; these delusions are extremely powerful, but it’s worth pointing out that the very first thing you said is not only wrong, it’s catastrophically wrong. The barriers to making the world a better place are in our minds, not out in the world.
