Self-care and wellbeing in the effective altruism community

TagLast edit: 15 Aug 2023 13:53 UTC by Amber Dawn

Use the self-care and wellbeing in the effective altruism community tag for posts about caring for one’s own emotional, mental, or physical health, or for posts about how to foster mental resilience, health or wellbeing within the EA community. For posts about mental health as an EA cause area, use mental health (cause area)˚.

Effective altruism can be intense, difficult, and even overwhelming; fortunately, the Forum contains a lot of good posts on how we can stay healthy and maintain balance as we try to do as much good as we can.
