I have focused on sustainability in the food and agriculture sector for the last 8 years. I started with an executive program at Cambridge University. I have been involved with a number of projects utilizing technologies to improve our food system. In particular, I worked at company that was developing an IoT/​ blockchain solution for the seafood industry. Currently, I have started a new company called Fractal Foods which will apply Web3 and blockchain technologies to our food systems.
