I’m in the third act of a 40-year career as an engineer, technology executive and management consultant. In industry, I built and led engineering teams at Oracle Corporation and several start-ups. In 18 years as a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, I worked with major organizations on innovation, goal setting, collaborative ways of working and applying technology to create competitive advantage.

I’m committed to the cause of preserving democracy, both as critical to achieve social justice and an essential platform for long-term altruistic programs to create impact. I serve on the Board of Directors for iCivics (iCivics.org), the leading organization that promotes and enables civics Education in the United States.
