I’m passionate about human health, the microbiome, and Fecal Microbiota Transplants (FMTs) -- a procedure that transfers the stool/poop of healthy people to the guts of sick people. FMTs are a promising treatment for a very wide range of chronic and acute health conditions.
I run Human Microbes, an organization finding super-donors for FMTs and connecting them with recipients.
I am also the creator of HumanMicrobiome.info—the world’s most comprehensive, up to date database on FMTs, gut health, and microbiome research, used by both professionals and laypeople.
I am motivated by both by my own poor health history, as well as the poor health of arguably the vast majority of people in modern society.
