At Anima International, my main work is project management and some operations: Scrum Master, ClickUp co-owner. I also lead cybersecurity for the organization, though that’s not my main job. I’m based in Poland. I started at Otwarte Klatki in 2018 in fundraising and content, then moved toward the IT team as my interest in tech grew. I’d rather be hands-on doing the work than orchestrating from above.

Outside work I’m a macro and wildlife photographer and I write, currently on Substack. I hold a master’s in art.
