I’m a purpose-driven business leader with over a decade of experience transforming agriculture into a force for inclusive, sustainable development.
Through my journey as founder and visionary behind a farm management and consultancy company in Ghana, I’ve created hundreds of jobs, trained thousands, empowered rural communities and designed systems that enable smallholder farmers and large scale commercial farmers to become productive, resilient, and sustainable.
My multiple innovations include a Farm Management App that streamlines data and operations for farmers, and a Mobile Fruit Concentrate Processing Unit that combats post-harvest losses while creating rural agro-processing opportunities.
I lead with strategy, empathy, and execution. My core belief? That sustainable agriculture is a multiplier effect — improving livelihoods, restoring ecosystems, and helping humanity evolve responsibly.
Now, I’m ready to bring this impact mindset and entrepreneurial grit into a corporate or development role where I can drive results, scale solutions, and contribute meaningfully to global sustainability goals.
Let’s connect if you’re working at the intersection of agriculture, innovation, and inclusive growth — or if you’re looking for leadership that knows how to build, adapt, and empower.

Couldn’t agree any better… it is more than obvious that humanity is at a crossroad at a critical threshold where we are faced with the ultimate choice of self-destruct or self-salvation. Very much worth considering and exploring further in this area of thoughts.
Thanks for sharing, Aaron… such stories go a long way to motivate and encourage people who are navigating around the EA community to keep up and not relent or despair in similar situations. It is a great call to also promote mental health of people on this path.
Fantastic approach to making a huge impact in Africa and for humanity. This is worth supporting in many ways. Kudos to this great team for setting this up.
One of the main challenges in manufacturing and export in Africa is the fact that we haven’t been able to streamline and regulate agricultural labor to be efficient (whether with technology, mechanization, or human labor). This makes it really difficult to achieve productivity goals and targets at the farm or primary production level, even when all other factors of production are available. There are often huge gaps between export demand and the ability to supply consistently and reliably to power manufacturing. Ultimately, there is a significant supply deficit of raw materials, which increases the idle time of industrial plants and expensive manufacturing systems, sometimes to the extent of rendering them redundant.
Labor, whether in the form of technology, mechanization, or human labor, remains extremely critical to achieve success in manufacturing and export.
