I’ll add the small caveat which is that doing illegal things where the org is liable but you personally aren’t is sometimes ok. The example in my head is that supermarkets and restaurants in my country aren’t allowed to open on some days because of mostly religious reasons, and some of them break the law and eat the fines. Of course, this doesn’t extend to hurting any person, committing fraud, or anything actually bad basically.
