I do not mean it that way. I am glad this was brought to light, and glad if it’s being taken seriously.
I was trying to provide my (not confident) hypothesis about what led to this problematic bad behavior – in order to help figure out what would help make this situation better and avoid similar situations from happening. I do not mean to imply that this hypothesis makes the actions ok. It doesn’t.
