I hate to say it, but I’m really quite sure Emile wouldn’t write a critique like this; it really doesn’t read at all like them. They also have a knack of being very public when writing critiques, and even telling people in advance of this. Their primary audience is certainly not EA. But I agree if people are worried then using a throwaway email is good practice!
This is actually not true at all. Emile Torres’s sockpuppet accounts on EAforum behave very differently from Emile Torres’s twitter account, and their primary audience in this mode is very much EA.
People should always use a throwaway email when communicating with an anonymous account.
