While I’m intuitively sympathetic to recommendations for self-care within the EA community, I didn’t upvote this post because it’s so brief and doesn’t back up claims like “Taking care of oneself doesn’t get talked about enough in the community building space” or “running an EA group may jeopardise your well-being.”
