I’m sympathetic to this view (and even more to the one below, of meta posts getting more attention than object level), and I think there are lots of places it’s good to advocate for it, but in this case I downvoted it because I think people being honest/open about their emotional relationships to tricky questions, intellectual adequacy, doom, etc, is good for the epistemic environment, and I think this disincentivizes that.
