Help us direct $80M — and eventually $3B — in annual donations to the world’s most effective charities. We’re looking for a Research Associate to join GWWC’s research team, stress-testing our evaluations and ensuring our giving recommendations meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Ideal candidate:
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking — comfortable weighing uncertain, conflicting evidence
Reaches considered views and communicates reasoning clearly
Meticulous, strategically prioritises, and cares about epistemic integrity
And ideally some of the following:
Familiarity with effective giving concepts (cost-effectiveness, counterfactuality, impact models)
Academic or professional research / evidence synthesis experience
M&E or impact assessment background
Data skills (SQL, R, Python)
Knowledge of GWWC’s cause areas (global health, animal welfare, existential risk)
