I found it very enlightening to read “Increasing wellbeing will make all the lives saved trough various interventions more valuable.” On the spelling side of things, you used “trough” instead of “through”, not such a big deal because the context gives the answer, but I have never read it spelled that way, and it seems that word refers to “a long, narrow open container for animal food or water, or a low point in a wave, economy, or weather system”.
Given the thesis of the argument, maybe a quick memo might have more impact.
I also appreciate the intellectual honesty behind your wording.
