I found this post the other day and quite enjoyed it. Even if you disagree with all of its conclusions, it’s at least a fun story full of hilarious references to esoteric bits of EA/rationalist culture. I recommend taking a read!

The post is an alternate-history parody of EA, in which all of the bad parts of the movement are amplified just enough to make it truly terrible. It would never work as e.g. a submission to the EA Criticism Contest, but it hits on things that I think would be hard to get across in an intellectual essay (I guess it’s just that darn pathos).
