Yeah I have no idea, and would defer to people like Brian Tse. I’ve talked to people from Singapore but not people from China about this. My rough thoughts at the moment are that Singapore would be an easier (and therefore more probable) place to start a hub than China due to the language and diversity and political situation. It might also make it easier to build another hub in China. However, given a choice between a hub in China and a hub in Singapore, a hub in China is probably better since more AI research is being done in China. I’m not sure how to balance these considerations, and there are probably other considerations I haven’t thought of.
