The planet’s inhabitants can consider the bias in their historical record, given their blue sky, if they wish, but they must then also consider that the colour of the sky gives them information about n as well. The sky is more likely to be blue when n is smaller. Overall, they will end up with the same conclusions as if they had just ignored the colour of the sky completely.
