As the Executive Director, you will be at the helm of our mission to reconnect people experiencing homelessness with their loved ones. π€ Your strategic vision and leadership will be vital in driving our organization forward and expanding our reach.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve our goals
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders and community organizations
- Oversee fundraising initiatives and cultivate donor relationships
- Nurture a collaborative and supportive work culture

- Proven track record in nonprofit management and leadership roles
- Strong passion for social justice and a deep empathy for individuals experiencing homelessness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fundraising and donor development
