The objective should be to make the best decisions with available information at any given time while supporting innovation and keeping āopenminded.ā This ābiasā assessment should be conducted to identify harmful actions that individuals deem positive due to their biases and inform overall prioritization decisionmaking rather than seeking to change oneās perspectives on causes they prefer. This can contribute to systemic change and optimal specialization development by individuals. This is a better way to approach biases.
