I haven’t done much research on this before asking the question, but as a guilty meat eater hoping to get cultured meat soon, I wanted to ask if anyone has a quick status update on where the cultured meat industry stands.
I would say that for the last ~3 years I have been mentioning to everyone I discuss the topic that within 5-10 years we should have cultured meat on the market (based on podcast interviews with people involved in the area). What are the latest estimates from people actually informed on the topic?
