EA Eugene: Givewell Giving is 6x more effective than cash gifts

Recently GiveWell posted a plea for more donations. Based on their recent research, they now appear to be funding constrained: they have more than $700m of giving opportunities estimated to be more than 6x effective than giving cash, but only about $500m of funding secured.
