After reading this post, I’ll try out the Dozy app for CBT-I, even though I don’t really have insomnia per se.
For bright light therapy, it’s confusing to me why exposure to daylight isn’t more often as a solution. Would it make sense to say that, if you live in a reasonably sunny place and have time to spend time in the daylight, then you should consider just spending more time in the daylight, not only light boxes? Sunlight is often a lot brighter than the 10,000 lux of a light box, and it fills the entire visual field.

(But be careful of sunburn, especially in the tropics and at altitude!)
