After 20 years working with hundreds of nonprofits and social enterprises around the world, I have developed a playbook for successfully scaling up social impact efforts. Now I am “open sourcing” the methodology in the hope that it will help many other efforts and organizations.
The book is called “Scaling Altruism: a proven pathway for accelerating nonprofit growth and impact.”
We also founded a nonprofit, altruistaccelerator.org, for which this book is the curriculum. We’re trying to make sophisticated growth strategy and execution accessible.
