What are your thoughts (or experience, if any) regarding self-managing organisational frameworks such as Holacracy where the structure is less hierarchical and decisions tend to be made predominately by elected individuals or teams using consent-based decision making?
On the same vein as above, have you noticed a change in the quality/style of decisions from very hierarchical organisations such as a government relative to an NGO that might be slightly less so?
