It should be noted that for most of the period that the Centre for Effective Altruism itself admits and acknowledges as its longest continuous period of a pattern of mistakes from 2016-2020, according to the Mistakes page on the CEA’s website, two of the only three members of the board of directors were Nick Beckstead, Toby Ord and William MacAskill.
