Monday.com recently founded a social-impact team which is trying to help charities in ways that (1) use technology, and (2) are scalable (lots of charities can enjoy a single thing that Monday builds).

Would be happy to help, but they might be farther along than my thinking either way. I just know a ton of people who have tried to get fiscal sponsors and it’s a pain (and expensive!).
