Cool idea. I have some worry that a majority of AI ethicists have sufficiently bad epistemics (sth. like fairly strong views, relatively weak understanding of the world outside their discipline, and little skill at honestly/curiously/patiently exploring disagreements) that this would end up being regretable. Would be interested in updates here.

Maybe it’s similar to the [bioethicists issue](https://forum.effectivealtruism.org/posts/JwDfKNnmrAcmxtAfJ/the-bioethicists-are-mostly-alright) and I got my impression only from public discussions, & maybe a selection of the weakest ideas?
