The main point you make, ie, incentivizing people to take action even when they know what’s “right”, is my primary area of research interest. I am strongly considering pursuing a graduate path in cognitive/behavioral neuroscience/psychology to contribute to this field through basic research (although I am still wondering if I should pursue something more applied).
I’m currently drafting a list of possible theses so I can reach out to labs/PIs. I wanted to ask, are there specific problems you’d like to see explored by a psychologist/neuroscientist?
