This has almost certainly been flagged at the highest levels of CEA. As to why exactly it’s been so poorly that it’s spilled out here, is beyond me. Likely relevant information on which to update on the competency of the CEA community health team. Edit: I was feeling frustrated when I wrote this, and it no longer represents my views. I now understand more about how tricky these problems are to deal with.
