As part of my role at EA UK, I often speak with promising people who are new to field and I’d love to be able to introduce them to more EAs working in the kind of roles they are trying to transition into.
If you are at an EA/AIS or adjacent organisation and would be open to occasionally talking to newcomers, we would love for you to fill out this short form (3 minutes). You have full control over the number of calls you take, as well as the type of people who we connect you to (e.g. seniority).
I think this is a great way to give back to the community and can meaningfully accelerate the involvement of others. You don’t have to be based in the UK, and people will accommodate your timezone.
