Hi Leonie! Our Giving Back program is for people who are actively working/studying within the high-impact/EA ecosystem, rather than just starting to explore a pivot into it.
BUT, that said it’s definitely for individuals (not just formal projects)! Once you’re actively working, researching, or running projects within the space you’d be completely eligible to apply!
