With the goal of helping others get the most from reading your posts, I suggest that something to keep in mind is to consider avoiding using the term “reasonable” for when others compare human to chicken consciousness. I know some EA participants who would not be comfortable with the claims you make there, and I am concerned that they might get stuck on that point and lose out the broader lessons from this excellent post. Using less judgmental terms than “reasonable” would ensure that they still get the points while being free to disagree with you on that front. Hope that’s helpful!
