Free health coaching for anyone working on AI safety

Hi all,

For some time now, I’ve been offering free, ongoing health coaching sessions to anyone working on AI safety. I’m excited to share that partnership with AI Safety Support (thanks to a generous donation) has enabled me to increase my availability significantly and offer this support more widely! My aim is to help optimize the physical/​mental health, and thereby the overall capacity and productivity, of the people I work with.

I help with lifestyle and behavior modifications around health issues, including:
