Despite recognising this on a conceptual level, I still find it hard to believe and often feel guilty (or shame or sadness) when I think of people whose ‘altruistic successfulness’ surpasses mine.

Getting clearer on the “what motivations are driving this?” thing has been really helpful (both for improving my subjective experience, and for boosting my efficacy).
