I am asking because I have seen livelihood projects that do one of these. If my memory is not wrong, they include FAO, World Bank, the Dutch Government, and Heifer (yes, they don’t just give cows, they give chickens too and teach them how to use cage systems).

As far as I’m aware, GiveWell isn’t funding any of these programs and generally they have not been shown to be particularly cost effective.
I think that’s accurate. Not currently funding any of these, but they could as part of livelihood programs.
