One point I don’t think has been mentioned in this post is that a small donation to the Patient Philanthropy Fund could end up being a much larger donation in the future, in real terms, due to likely investment returns. Couple that with probable exogenous learning over time on where/when best to give, a small donation to PPF now really could do a phenomenal amount of good later on.
