Hi @khorton, for someone therefore who has been given a provisional offer on an SEO role whilst on Tier 4 visa, how do you reckon the dynamics of that playing out since the civil service does not sponsor work visas. The candidate currently has a limited right to work hours on the tier 4. I’m interested in hearing your insight. I’m a huge fan personally. Thanks
Hi Phil, if they’ve been offered a part-time position that they can do alongside studying in such a way that it matches their visa conditions, I don’t see a problem. If they’ve been offered a full-time position, I doubt it would be possible, but I’m not a lawyer so don’t know for sure and would encourage the candidate to check the guidance for themselves!
