Thanks for this post. It fits my experience and reasoning. I suspect that people don’t see it as a major problem, yet, because we are still used to think of EA as a “small movement”. I suspect this is one of the usual issues in the long-term growth of a movement, either becoming an obstacle for scaling, or threatening the “fidelity” to core principles.
