I have done occasional interest-gauging on career reflection groups over the last months, and I have encouraged other community members to organize their own ones. But the interest was always too little for anything to happen.
I wonder if this would work better if it was structured in such a way as to meet people’s social needs as well. For example, attending a weekly career reflection group feels like work. On the other hand, attending either a weekend or a week-long reflection retreat with a relatively light schedule feels relaxing.
