How do most people encounter or engage with OWID’s work? Do you try to track this, and estimate how valuable different kinds of engagement are?
I’ve seen charts in lots of places — Twitter, news articles, blogs, etc. I think the first time I learned that OWID itself was a thing was when someone showed me an article (might have been this one: “The short history of global living conditions and why it matters that we know it”) that I thought was really cool (probably around 2019). I had probably seen OWID charts before and hadn’t realized it.
