I really appreciate how detailed and open this post is. The concrete examples bit is especially useful, as it shows the clear disparity between one’s distorted (imposter-y) perceptions and the mainstream (undistorted?) perception!
I’ve ordered the two workbooks and will see if those help me specifically tackle ound self-esteem, scrupulosity, and imposter syndrome! More broadly, I found the Feeling Good Handbook useful for general depression/anxiety symptoms.
