Thank you for writing it. I completely agree with you: EA has to not only tolerate critics, but also encourage critical debate among its members.
Disabling healthy thought processes for fear of losing funding is disastrous, and puts in question the effectiveness of such begotten funding.
I furthermore agree with all the changes you suggested the movement should make.
