My naïve guess would be that you’ve got a big comparative advantage in a lot of areas, but not necessarily as a manager (particularly with lots of integration work coming up). I’ve got a hunch you’ve thought about replaceability issues in career choice, so I’d love to hear your thoughts on what you’ll personally be focusing on and why.
