[Question] What lawsuit resulted from EA organizations sharing information very freely?

Historically, many EA organizations such as GiveWell, which used to have the calls for their board meeting publically available, share more information about their internals than other NGOs. Sharing more information makes it easier for other stakeholders to interact with the organization whether it’s to evaluate the impact, to provide useful criticism, or to understand where opportunities for collaboration happen to be.

Lawyers often recommend against sharing information because it leads to increased legal attack surfaces. Are there cases, where EA organizations faced lawsuits because they have a habit of making more information about their internals publically available?
