Hi Mathieu, I just wanted to thank you for writing this article. It’s definitely changed the way I think about earning to give. At the moment, I’m kind on the earning to give via trading route. Personally, it would be quite difficult (although maybe not impossible) to make it to $1B, but it’s difficult to imagine making much more than that. I kind of never thought about trying to make more than a couple hundred million dollars (this seems ambitious enough as it is!), but maybe it is worth trying to do better if one can. Now, I’m not about to quit my day job, but I’m definitely going to think a lot more about the entrepreneurial route.
