EARadio: A New Podcast for Effective Altruists
EARadio is a new podcast made up of material relevant to effective altruists. There are a lot of great talks online, such as those from the 2013 Effective Altruism Summit and Giving What We Can. But this content is spread out over multiple websites and often available only as video.
EARadio packages this material into a convenient podcast.

EARadio was created by Chris Calabro and Patrick Brinich-Langlois. If you have suggestions for materials to add, please let us know in the comments.
This is great. Are there any more talks on career choice that you could add?
80,000 Hours have only a few videos on their YouTube channel that’re more than ten minutes long.
Is there anything you had in mind? I don’t know of any other talks that are relevant and whose permissions would be easy to secure.
P.S. I just realized that the audio quality of Toby Ord’s talk is very bad.
P.P.S. If anyone would like to take over this project, let me know.
If you’d like I can give a go at cleaning up the audio of Ord’s talk.
And by give a go I mean, run it through a few filters to see if it can go from “very bad” to “passable”.
Sure, that would be very helpful. Boris did that for a couple of other files. I’ll upload any cleaned-up audio sent my way. New audio is also welcome!

And sorry for the delayed reply! I didn’t see your comment.
Chris and Patrick have made the Podcast via radio a valuable economical resource to communicate and learn without visual component, thus enabling blind or low-vision people to learn and share the EA experiences, and also via low-speed internet .
“Error establishing a database connection” for http://earad.io/
Is there another website where I can access this content?
Great work Patrick and Chris!
