With regards to the self-defence/IMPower program, and in particular as implemented by No Means No Worldwide, there is an additional RCT by Baiocchi and Sarnquist that appears to still be unpublished (the study protocol is here). The authors shared their write-up with me, and it appears to be somewhat more methodologically robust than other studies in this specific context.
Understandably, they asked me not to share any of the findings until the paper is published—the last I heard (June 2022) they had submitted it to a journal for review.
